My name is Colette Wagholikar, and I’m a labor and delivery nurse, mom of two, a full time childbirth educator and nurse coach. I have been in the room laboring with parents for over 8 years, hundreds of families, welcoming their little ones into this beautiful world and into their waiting arms safely.
Unfortunately, I’ve seen things not go so smoothly, not so safely. I've seen the power taken away from these parents, leaving them deflated, vulnerable and desperate.
I saw first hand the difference amazing preparation did to change not only the outcomes, but their perception of the entire experience!
I wanted to start working with women, families and other credible birth workers a lot sooner than the delivery day.
It makes such a big difference to have the right support, education and preparation before delivery and going home with a newborn.
